Return Policy and Store Credit
Returns will only be accepted for unworn, unwashed merchandise. All returns must have original hang tags if applicable. Before returning you must email grapevineglamour@gmail.com, please include your invoice number for faster processing, and request a return RA#. No returns will be accepted without an RA# being issued first. All returns must be made within 30 days of your paid invoice date for a full refund.
If you wish to return after 30 days from your paid invoice, you will only receive a store credit. Store credit can be used for future purchases. We do not automatically apply your credit to a new purchase, you need to let us know you have one on file. We urge customers to use Pay pal since they maintain a record of all your purchases and it’s a free service, please use it.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 45 days from your paid invoice.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
